“Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.”And may I add to this great quote by Coco Chanel that fashion should be at work as well, the place where we spend most of our time. Every other week, I would like to share with you different work styles ranging from casual to business casual and strictly business. This week I will show you a great find from Bulgaria. Being a one-piece dress, it is usually one of the easiest outfits to throw on in the morning but it is also slimming because of its elongated silhouette. It looks great paired with a dress shirt under it or with a color cardigan during the cooler months.
Dress - from Bulgaria, white dress shirt - bebe,
red patent shoes - White House/Black Market, necklace- Charming Charlie

Greetings from Charlotte!
My Dear Fashionistas,
| Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantina |
Charlotte NC Fashion Week, which took place in the beautiful Founders Hall of the BOA building , included an array of local emerging designers - Republique Rouge, Alana B. Couture Designs , Jen Jess S. Designs, Foxx Skynz, Gini By Elizabeth, Green Label Designs, Huckle & Gatsby, and 24/7 Goddess Designs. Nadia and I were most impressed by the young and talented Alana Britt of Alana B. Couture. Her bold, colorful, ready-to-wear designs display great execution and precision.
Charlotte NC Fashion Week will donate a portion of its proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western NC.
